What this site collects, and what happens to it.
- The chat
- Your messages, plus the name, business, contact details and call time you give. When you confirm your request, it goes to Lachy.
- The AI
- Chat replies are written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to write each reply. They aren't used to train Anthropic's models.
- Orders and requests
- Store orders and chat requests are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and sent on to Lachy by email.
- Tracking
- None. No analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The font is served from this site.
- Sharing
- Your details are only used to reply to you and to quote, build and look after your site. They're never sold or shared for marketing.
- Deleting
- Email lachyswebdev@gmail.com and anything you've sent is deleted.
